As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the quality of our offerings, we’re making a change to our free delivery policy.
Effective Tuesday, June 17, the minimum spend for Free Downtown Toronto Standard Delivery will increase from $85 to $125 (before taxes and discounts).
Cutie Balloons remains the only balloon company to offer free standard delivery, and this update allows us to continue providing reliable service and the thoughtful customer care you’ve come to expect from us.
If you’re placing a smaller order, don’t worry - our standard delivery rates remain the same.
We also have some exciting news — we are gearing up to open our flagship storefront! This centrally located space is designed to better serve our community and includes the added convenience of free in-store pickup on all online orders, no minimum required. If you’re nearby, we’d love to welcome you in person!
